Week-end in the Montefeltro: the places of taste and spirit

From the end of September to the 1st of November, people who want to visit the Montefeltro will have the possibility to spend very interesting Week-ends in the territory and to be present at gastronomic and oenological events like: the feasts of mushrooms, honey, chestnut and truffle.
Apart from the “tours of taste”, some “tours for spirit” are organized: guided visits at unusual places of history and art, itineraries to admire works of artistic craftsmanship and taste local food and  the concerts organised on the occasion of the “Musical festival of Montefeltro” .
Besides, the tour offers the possibility to better know the search for truffle technique by hiking in wood with an expert truffle-seller and his dog. For the most fearless people an environmental route is organised; it passes through the chestnut wood of Lunano and it’s possible to hike or cycle along it.

For those who want to visit the Montefeltro on the occasion of the autumnal feasts, some very good packages with welcome service exist.
